for years I’ve suffered with fibromyalgia and had to totally start me and my life again , career, house, health it took it all and I’m managing day to day happier now.

Below is a health tracker that i wish i had when I first found out what fibromyalgia was .

My whole story my life so fr the ups the downs , navigating treatment for childhood trauma due to SA from when i was a child.

My thoughts what i struggle with my triggers why i am who i am from me being a child of 7 not understanding what had happened to me and why my brain forgot the memories for 40 years .

What happened when i got the memories back and my daily struggle the effects being SA has had on my whole life so far.

The way its effected my relationships my kids me everything and my entry logs get updated so make sure your staying connected.

I share little things from my TikTok page of my life but not the whole story through my eyes.

What is under the dressing gown ?

Under the dressing gown is a place for honest conversations about real life,trauma and healing and what are we all becoming.

It’s where I share my story as it unfolds one layer at a time.

It’s where I’m going to be travelling into some of the darkest and most amazing parts of my life from my first memory to where i am now, all through my eyes. This is my legacy for my kids, it’s my life story,it’ss where I’m going to lay it all on the line and let you judge me.
